In-person or phone interview. Be prepared to answer questions relating to a Bouquet garni. As a senior cook my main focus was budgeting/food costs, nutrition and menu planning.

Policies are in place in regards to security of employees. In addition staff are required to review these policies on a regular basis as well as completing cod training such as Code Red, Black Orange etc.

I have been applying for 3 years. I am more then qualified, have worked in healthcare as an MOA for department heads for over 20 years. I have yet to get a interview. You have to know someone in VIHA to even be noticed. I have since given up, their loss because I'm excellent at my job.
