Nah work environment, Constantly exposed to dangerous chemicals, No advancement

The money can be good but for most employees it’s not. Most employees get an average of 2-3 days work per week. Some will go an entire month without a paycheck. Management is not good, constant turnover. The job is more dangerous then they make it seem.
