Wouldn’t suggest working here

Only good thing was the overtime. I honestly don’t know how they manage to stay in business. Poor management. Poor safety. Poor work life balance.

Say they have lots of work but really don’t

They hire to many works and don’t have enough work to keep everyone busy. Work a couple days and sit home a couple of days. If your looking to work full time work it not the place to be. For me the best day of work was the last day of work.

Great place to work

Loved working for this company. Owners are great and very approachable. I had lots of hours and good experience with the superintendent and other operators. Would come work here again for sure. Lots of opportunity for advancement if you take the initiative and want to learn.

Might as well be a temp agency

Bunch of low quality workers that they call Operators or Foreman with a fleet of squeeky ungreased equipment doing as little as possible during a day.Fails to meet legal & moral requirements for Employers - HR never bothered to reply when told.
