A typical shift would be 8:30am to 5:00am with 30 mins unpaid lunch. I would clock immediately once entering the building. I would then receive work orders to complete while checking my work e-mail for possible additional tasks. I would continue to do so until the tasks are complete on time and when the shift ends with occasional overtime.

I learned - more ... the use of software programs Request and Safekeeper Plus. I learned further use of Outlook and MS Excel.
