Good schedule
For in medicine hat they are probably the best coil tubing and frac company with a good schedule, not much movement or room for advancement unless you are willing to suck up, not based solely on work ethic. The owner is really nice, caring and involved great guy.

Good core group of guys. Poor management. Toxic environment
Used to be paid better than other Frac/Coil tubing companies in town. Still make ok money bonus wise, but salary is below average compared to the other companies. Benefits are good. Good core group of guys in the field, but extremely political.Frac management is very poor. They value back stabbing and encourage speed over safety. They love childish, personal vendettas. Reception basically thinks they run the company. Used to be a great, family orientated company. Now it's just another Oil/Gas service provider.

Oil & Gas Gets a Bad Rap
Never having worked in Oil and Gas before, I was unsure if the team and culture would be a good fit. After a few months it became very apparent the owner listens and tries to accommodate the employees wants and needs. Spending countless hours working with each department. I do not work in the field, so I get to see the inner workings of the business. I was very impressed that managers are given the opportunity to air out any grievances and their feedback is taken seriously. Oil and gas gets a bad rap, but this company is more invested in its employees then anywhere I have ever worked. There is room to grow, competitive wages and employee appreciation that goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this organization for long term gainful employment.

Fast paced and good physical work.
Fast paced at times, qhite physical as well. I would recommend being in good shape. The administrative staff is extremely helpful with anything you may need help with. Pretty good work environment. It seems so far that most ever gets along pretty well. Thenpay is fair and it seems like advancement is pretty regular from what most of the guys say.

Management lacking fairness
pay cuts and layoffs while selected few still have outings and golfing to name a few. so sad for a company this big with so many people depending on full pay cheque. were all in this together yeah sure. a team but only when it comes to the work not the fun. management is constantly talking about smart spending except when it comes to themselves having a good time.
