At iQor there are levels you have to go through in order to earn benefits and better pay. They do not play favorites. Your salary is what level you are at. Part of the technology is advanced, yet they do not have the right or proper equipment for the employees.

This company no longer exists. They shut down in 2012. It was a typical call center that involved chasing down delinquent payments and dealing with hard customers.
