what i learn from others at work is depending on what they want to show you if the person doesnt want to show you its because its not
them but they dont want to admit it; so from managements point of
view they say you didnt learn, on the other hand the other person doesnt want to teach you just because they say its not you to avoid
losing thier spot but because youre the new guy chances are they take the word of the person showing you thats until there caught, the most enjoyable is giving the same person time to think an making the most out of your day.
