In Brookfield and Yorkdale location, my performance of my general managers are very questionable. At one point the company stopped having monthly reviews which is a huge red flag where I can voice out my feedback to them. I think it's important for ownership and head department to know all these things and have some sense of transparency. The bosses I worked with only spoke to you and pick on you when you do something bad only. No positive feedbacks. Unfair and biased to their team. Some feedbacks are not credible and based on their dislikes, not team overall performance.

An awesome environment. With multiple locations now across the city, there's definitely a variety of demographic, however all leaning to a scratch kitchen, sustainably sourced, well thought out structure with good music. Also, awesome coffee.

The systems that are set in place have opened the margin for flexibility but however you will find yourself still having to text the manager if you want to get something done in regards to availability.
