If you are working from home sometimes the help they provide is not enough and customer takes out his frustration on you.But overall it is okay as you get to learn a lot.

terrible workplace, supervisor are never available to help when needed. I was supposed to be sent some gift cards i won, i never received them. They always refuse when you ask for a little time of no matter how long you've been working for them

Wrost management and poor decision making
Most stressful job and the wrost staff i ever deal with in my entire life. Poor decision making where people are getting promoted who lick managers shoe better. Special in business technical department the manager is out of mind dont know how to create a business environment and also dont know how to work in technical issues .

Good place to start
It was my first job ever. It taught me how to be more proactive and taught me good customer service skills since I had to make sales and negotiate. The team was very helpful. Although there was huge volume of calls and the pay was minimum wage plus a small commission if you reach your sales quota.
