Low pay and bad management

I think hr in this company are useless and most managers are incompetents and so exigent for no reason. It is so hard to combine this job with life as it is too demanding for a low pay job. Left after couple months.

It's a challenging and an interesting place to work.

A good place to work with proactive onboarding process with lots of training and team work. It is also a challenging and an interesting place to work and grow career wise.

Do not apply here

It’s gotta be one of the worst call centre jobs out there. Quite literally ridiculous!! The pay is awful for all the amount of hardwork the job requires, the systems are so complicated to learn, training lasts a month yet nothing you’re taught is actually useful when you start working and there’s little to no communication between management and agents. I do not recommend it unless like me you really need something to help pay the bills.

une entreprise qui ment a ses employés des supp pour la moitiés incompétents et qui vous prennes pour des abrutis . Ils ont des informations fausses et vous mentent sur les salaires . Obliger de suivre un script même si le client ne veut pas acheter , obliger de vendre ,

Try not to go there unless you have no other choice

The work is very professional and hard and needs proper trainings in advance. However, neither the trainings are satisfying nor the benefits of the Job! this Job is considered as a Noc D job which is not fair in comparison to the knowledge that you should have.

Pas le meilleur endroit mais pas le pire.

Collègues très amicaux. Bon avantage car travail à la maison mais le salaire est seulement de 15,75$ pour le travail acharné qu’on fait. N’hésitez pas à avoir une grande voix et affirmer vous auprès de vos supérieurs ! Les superviseurs sont pour la plupart négligent et insouciants de nos demandes/conseils. J’ai quitté au bout de 3 mois car j’ai eu un meilleur emploi. Nous avons beaucoup de pressions des superviseurs pour accomplir des  « stats » qui n’ont ni queue ni tête et quand ce n’est pas fait, vous prenez tout le blâme. Pour eux (les superviseurs), ils ne font jamais d’erreurs et si il y a un problème, ça sera de votre faute et non la leurs. J’ai vraiment parlé des points négatifs mais ça reste qu’il y a de très très bon superviseur avec une super belle éthique de travail ! J’ai aimé faire mon travail car parler et clavarder sont des choses que je fais quotidiennement mais si ce n’est pas votre fort, vous pourriez vite être lassé. J’ai oublié de mentionner que vous aurez des erreurs 1/2 sur vos fiches de paie donc préparez vous à devoir tout compter vos heures et vos bonus car ils vous le demanderont comme si l’erreur venait de votre part alors qu’il y a eu négligence de leur côtés ! Je vous recommande FORTEMENT de trouver une autre agence qui vous paiera beaucoup plus que le salaire minimum en faisant la même job que celle-là. C’est ce que j’ai trouvé pour ma part et je suis payé 18$/h avec des bonus !

stress pour le rendement, superviseurs non professionnel et pas à l’écoute, toujours des problèmes sur les fiches de paie, difficile d’avoir des réponses net et claires sur nos questions.

Stagnation and Lack of Communication

Bad pay for too many expectations. They're inflexible with hours and vacation, and detached from the representatives needs, only concerned with the demands from the client. There is no negotiating with management, and no lowering expectations with increased workloads. Everything is expected to be completed perfectly at all times, with threats of suspension without pay or termination of employment being a regular occurrence

Right place for stepping into sales/customer care career. Friendly employees. Weary call center with old equipment. Hard to get promoted.

It can be the right place to start your journey in sales/customer care. Training too short tho, and if you're lucky you receive side by side coaching. The environment is quite boring, slow computers and weary equipment.Should have had more promotion opportunities.

Very Bad Call Center

The supervisors are cliquey and will manipulate data and quality and get someone out of the call center (if for any reason they don't like that person); even if that person was performing really well.

it wasn't a bad work environment, very easy job not too much high stress, but the pay wasn't very worth it and upper management is not the best, overall good work experience not the best

Je sais que pour les appels entrants ce ne’est pas le cas mais pour les sortants , c’est très compliqué . L’environnement est stressant et même ce n’est pas dit explicitement , on sent un certaine pression de la part des superviseurs . Salîtes minimum si on ne fait pas de ventes

Fast place work place

work from home and flexible hours. They don’t pay you fairly but I think is good for students. All you do and pick up the calls I wouldn’t say is bad but is a call centers

Poor management

Even after submitting medical documents for missed couple days work during training. There is apparently zero tolerance for absence even with a real medical condition and the need for a day off. Trainers will continue training you until their policy and upper management step in to terminate employment.

2 paid 15 minute breaks

Cons

Upper management will not hear you out.
