Nice people but is a call center

show up prep you station
sit and answer calls from customers, try to find a resolution for them.
plan on staying after your shift is over due to calls arriving just as your shift ends.

they could pay a little more because stress is too much according to pay its not worth it.everyday there is target. they have fun activities.
but they should hire more people to verify calls
