Good place to work
The office was right downtown, making it a very convenient place to access. The proximity to food courts also make it easy during lunch time. The people are generally friendly.

Hire & Fire Cycle
Leadership in this company is very fickle.On the interview they will make promises around the job, your career growth, the compensation package, the culture and the brand. They will offer you lower than average salary in the industry and will promise career growth. In fact, you will be working longer hours on random projects and constantly training company's staff overseas as well as fixing their mistakes. You wont be paid for overtime. Benefit plans cover almost nothing. Company has bad internal culture, only those who are close to top management get promotions, pay increase and bonuses. A co-worker ( from admin.office) might look very friendly to you at the beginning and invite you for lunch or even the beer in order to get to know you better, next day you will hear gossips about you. Finally, after hard work for over 2 years, you will follow-up on your career growth (as well as salary increase), and all you will get is broken promises, you trained other people so they are good to place you. My friendly advice to everyone- Don't waste your time and good luck!
