Management is approachable and ensure your needs are met at work place. Take time to meet for updates / feedback to ensure good employee engagement and satisfied with working environment. IFG provides seasonal get-togethers for networking and celebration of life events.
They are really nice to you prior to you getting a job and they will help you ONLY for a pay cheque. Once you're hired or rejected from a job - you're basically nothing to them. Absolutely terrible experience.
Sub-Par Recruiting company to work for. No clients have heard of this company. Started off amazing, then you really see the face value of other colleagues. No guide, marketing, industry presence, etc. Colleagues start getting rumbled when their client calls you and needs help sourcing on roles. No Management support. It's a "do it or leave" attitude. Knowing that clients won't pay certain fees for certain roles.
Absolutely horrendous company. I would not recommend this company, their leaders or any of their employees to anyone in my network under any circumstances. Terrible leadership, systems and training. No market presence or brand recognition, combined with a frat-boy style office environment, backstabbing and undermining. Total compensation and benefits are sub-par. Avoid this company at all costs and do not waste your time with them.

it was volunteering not working but had commitiments number of hours every week and you had assignments to be done and roles to play
free lunches and dinner together every once in two weeks
