Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) – Vaughan, ON – 10 November 2017
Do not apply at this company because you will make the biggest mistake of your life. Everything in there is unprofessional and the management is a complete joke. Some employees and even supervisors try to intervene with your personal life and gossip too much and the trainer is a clown of a trainer that sits down half of the time during training. I didn't learn anything during my 5 months working there and I am glad I left that pathetic place.
minimum wage, some co-workers, supervisors, management
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 15 September 2016
It's a fast paced environment dealing with inbound and outbound calls, was my first job, I've learned a lot about customer service, how to handle the calls and deal with different clients. Nice place to start.
dont apply to this company if you want to be out of work in a week
Customer Service Representative aka MOP (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 3 May 2016
as they do hire people and then fire them , then come with a bullsh*t excuse and tell you " its just not working out ". NO LEGIT REASON FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR JOB. so , if you want to have a self esteem , do not apply to these people as they are family orientated , and all for them selves , everyone in this company is practically related or married with eachother . save yourself the short term employment. they dont even pay enough to feed your dog. try 11.25 hourly . oh yeah and they take alot of money out of your paycheck .... so now ... you really cannot feed your dog ....
Senior Agent (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 23 November 2015
Good Place for a very relaxed environment. There was very little attention to individual issues or attention to personal development unless you were related to or friends with management and ownership.
