Interior Health Employee Review

Can be toxic

The workplace is very busy and usually short staffed. Extra shifts can be scheduled for you without warning. The schedules are rotational so you can be working days, evenings and nights which is hard on the body. Some employees and management can be quite nasty.

Great place to work

I've really enjoyed working here. I love my co-workers and generally management is very supportive. Low staffing levels can make things difficult but they manage to be as helpful as they can given the circumstances.

Politics, policies and problems

Fast paced stressful work. Not always heard or supported. Red tape any time you want to see a change. Pays well however and there is room to move around within Interior Health.
