What is the best part of working at the company?Pay and unionized environment What is the most stressful part about working at the company?HR bullying employees into disciplinary actions. Frivolous accusations on behalf of employer. Being short staffed in an already stressful environment What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Fairly decent. They spread the message of inclusiveness and equity well. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Very busy! We are often over capacity and short staffed

A lot of politics, can be stressful. Management is constantly changing which breeds job insecurity and poor workplace culture. 12 hour shifts are long and strenuous.

Fun workplace

Support was given. Training. Easy to get to know people. Fun work place. Great management 9-5 type job Go in and work your job and leave. Not sure what else to add.

Politics, policies and problems

Mental Health Clinician (Current Employee) - Kelowna, BC - 17 November 2023

Fast paced stressful work. Not always heard or supported. Red tape any time you want to see a change. Pays well however and there is room to move around within Interior Health.
