Workplace culture

Senior Management are great, VP for Human Resources has the heart to serve and open to the staff. Middle management can be political,social worker in hospice at one site gossips alot and don’t work she’s just there for the money. Staff are great try their best to work together as a team and always there to support each other.

Great place to work

Great place to work, staff are friendly ( depending on the unit), management are approachable. Downside is that sometimes it is short staffed. Difficult to have vacation leave approved .

Just a job for make living. Don;t hope too much from it. Not a caring work place culture.. Some people are nice but not all. Only good thing is they consider senority. But just that and no more. Not a place that feeling want stay long.
