Accounts receivable your standard, invoicing etc. I learned that being in a click matters. Management was adequate. The hardest part of my job was trying to ignore the pettiness. The most enjoyable part of my job was what I did.
Machine Operator- Packaging (Former Employee) – Front Royal, VA – 1 August 2017
The work is fairly easy, depending on the line you work on the overtime is manageable. The pay rate is very good and the benefits are great!. The downside- management is useless, HR isn't very helpful.
Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Front Royal, VA – 9 May 2017
Great place to work if you are one of the lucky ones to work only 5 days a week. the plant is warm but not too hot. fast pace if you like to work. Great people working there always laughing and having fun.
Production Worker/Packer (Current Employee) – North Sioux City, SD – 13 October 2016
I like the hours 7-3, but do not enjoy working 12 days in a row. Need family time. I like working with the people (co-workers). It used to be a fun place to work until 4 years ago. New management took over. Now it's time to move on.
Electrician (Former Employee) – Front Royal, VA – 22 October 2015
Prepare to be thrown under the bus to save upper management's butts. This company is loosing money at Front Royal plant. No job security there! Management will promise anything, in writing. Then tell you it not worth the paper it's printed on.
Customer Service Professional (Former Employee) – Richmond, VA – 1 December 2014
A lot of politics no managerial support you basically fly by the seat of your pants hope for the best outcome. The moral is very low everyone worries about job security you never know from one day to the next what will happen to your position. Job advancement is based on who you know not what you know.
