Issues at Intelcom
Manager is very disrespectful to drivers
Warehouse does not have a routine system such as time slots to enter

Lots of missorts created by the sorters (negligence)

Company is cheap (no benefits for drivers)

Company's vision is ridiculous and not realistic.

Worst place to work and you make $10 an hour plus expenses
Worst place to work and you make $10 an hour plus expenses. Management are totally useless and disorganized. They are always picking and complaining about you. If you get one complaint they are assume you are at fault. Previous boss in Voictoria still owes me $1500. They are a bunch of crooks

Not stressful and enough breaks
Team leader was very helpful; nobody makes you feel stupid for forgetting how you're meant to deal with specific situations. Enough breaks to focus on the work when the break's over.

Horrible place
I worked there for 2 weeks, almost 44 hours. They didn't pay me a single penny. In starting they were saying there first salary comes in 3 weeks. So i was keep waiting. When i called them, there maneger said do you have any proof that you worked that many hours. They all are crook. I worked there almost 2 weeks and my husband around 5 days, but we didn't get pay. So if you are working there so make sure start collecting the proofs

Easy money making job
The job requires alot of concentration and attention to details..
You start your day by scanning and loading your van with the packages assigned to your route, look for any miss sorted items and hand them back to the dispatchers, check with dispatcher before you depart if you have any missing packages.

The job requires heavy lifting, standing, bending, driving for long hours, hopping on and off the vehicle, time management.

Occupational hazard is significant, as a driver you are always on the road, with your eyes off the road checking your phone for directions and updating your delivery statuses. You’re not putting on your seat-belt because destinations are usually 2 minutes away.

Once you know your route and get used to the whereabouts then its an easy money job.
Pros
You are your own boss
Cons
No Benefits

This Place Is More Of a Joke Then a Clown
This is your day... get a random text between 7am and 830 am to when the truck arrives at the depot which you then drive there and sort your packages and load them into your vehicle. Which there is no pay for. No set start times just when truck arrives so your day already starts off horrible. Then you drive aimlessly throughout delivering while intelcom and dispatch call you not communicating with eachother while your trying to drive and use your GPS.. go through all your data which they dont pay for. They dont pay for gas. I probably go through 50$ a day in fuel. Then they take a cut of your daily earnings as well. Then if you cant deliver your packages or one was undeliverable you have to go back to the depot and unload which is also un paid for. Only get laid for packages you actually deliver and soemtimes your driving 15 minutes one way to deliver 1 single package to then drive 20 minutes another way for another single package. Days around 10 to 12 hours every day 7 days a week. If you dont work every day or cant deliver them all or cant work 12 hours they basically want you gone. Place is a joke. Work for nothing. Amazon deliveries are literally slave labour. If you like being angry, stressed out then this job is for you.

Terrible work environment
Weed is everywhere. When employees and businesses partners smoke in one corner, the management smokes around another corner. Then drivers get on road and deliver packages. Customers complain and complain again but nobody is willing to fix the issue.
Pros
Work hours
Cons
Earning is not guaranteed, depends on volume that Amazon fulfilment sends

C’était une erreur dans ma vie
Tu travailles comme un esclave, quand tu rentres à l’entrepôt comme si tu rentres dans un troupeau . Aucune assurance, aucune dignité, aucun avenir, aucune vie

Too much stress at workplace
The management is more concerned about saving cost rather than health and safety. Place is so busy offering favourism to their near and dear ones. The hardest part of the job is to complete each and every task without any training.

Avoid
Intelcom first asks you to become a driver for someone else who will take 15% of your earnings, plus the company retains earnings for administration fees including a union (which you will never get access to) and warehouse fees. Then you will be required to purchase a white van and acquire all commercial licenses with the promise of having job security. However at any given point they will claim they have low freight and you will end up working 1-2 shifts a week with a few packages over an extensive area, so you will end up losing money by putting your own vehicle, paying for gas and time.
There is no Job culture in this company. Poor management. Their performance evaluation system is based solely on client's reviews, yet they will focus on the amount of "1-star reviews". Based on this metrics you will get packages/assign routes.

The worst company ever
It deals with employees like slaves and they keep us wait to receive the parcels hours and hours at no charge ... work there will destroy you and is not entirely appropriate for payment ... on many days I worked for 12 continuous hours for $ 120 and had to pay the gas from my pocket ... I hate this company and for sure don't recommend it to anyone.

Productive to get the experience.
It was really worthy to work with intelcom express at the begining but with the time, when they have more drivers and freight load has reduced. now the drivers are not getting proper and full routes.
