Work-life Balance

Lead Hand in Calgary, AB

This place was toxic
There was very little training. You were thrown in with the lions and expected to know, understand, and do the job correctly. There was no chance of working with the staff in your manner. It was the boss' way or the highway. there was also favoritism amongst the workers and management.

Awesome place for starting the career
It's better place for starting the career like freshers. Many things to learn and best management in NS location. Friendly environment and supportive managers and supervisors. Fast growth and advancement.

The work is very limited
Due to covid was unable to go into work from isolation. Advised them I would not be coming in so I was no longer given any work. After purchasing a vehicle to be able to maintain working there. Bad place to work no work ethics,The pay for what you are doing, It's 1000$ a week not taxed. After taxes barely above minimum wage with no benefits.

not worth it
There management is so bad. There shift start at 3am to work only 3 hours a day. Not worth the time and treatment of management. They definitely have favourites if you are not one of them. Like me. They send you home early. There favourites got all the hours.
