We offer flexible scheduling. That means each month you can login and select the shifts that you would like to work and adjust your schedule week by week. There are 3-4 shifts available each day. All shifts are evenings-aligned; and end at the same time. Our current hours are Mon-Thu 1:00pm to 10:00pm, Fri 10:00am to 7:00pm, and Sat 10:00am to 5:00pm. There are some scheduling requirements, like working a minimum of 30 hours per week. And schedules or hours may change from time to time to meet the needs of our clients.
You work 1 - 10pm mon to thurs and 10am to 7pm fri and every second sat 10am to 5pm
M - Th 1-10pm (EST), F 10-7pm, Sat 10-5pm
Training sessions often in addition to above times (e.g. start at noon).
Monthly meetings in addition to above times (start at noon).
Must work every other Sat (minimum). Can't always take Mondays or Fridays off - have to vary so that there are enough agents on these days. This leads to days off being split as call centre is closed Sundays. Must schedule a minimum of 35hrs per week within the above times, however, when I planned my schedule it was changed by management. Make sure you check your schedule for changes. Sometimes they will change your hours without notifying you. If you really need a particular day off you may have to go through your manager. You can schedule a later start time for a shift, but you can't schedule to leave earlier. Also check to verify that your hours go to payroll properly. There were a lot of errors.
