Great coworkers, opportunities to work with others & cross-train. Monthly staff lunches, friendly people. Company is no longer family-owned, management style is changing, feels company focuses more on meeting financial targets and less on its employees. But if this is your field, there is much to learn, lots to do, and you'll make really great friends!
