I have always worked for large corporations where employees seem to be just another number. InnoSoft is a smaller, tight-knit group, and one of the best places I have ever been employed.
The teams work together to help the company thrive, and enjoy a work hard, play hard mentality. Annual company retreats, Lunch and Learns, and employee appreciation events, are just a bonus to the work life.

I've worked at InnoSoft now for over two years and have enjoyed the entire time. The company is supportive and offers opportunities to advance either in position or through personal growth (financial support for job based learning is available).
Social activities and team events are regularly scheduled outside of the work environment.

The office is open and managers are available through open doors! The company is highly focused on providing unmatched customer support and enjoys a positive reputation in the marketplace.

InnoSoft is a company that prides itself on its team. Working here you end up feeling immense pride in the product, and a closeness with the rest of the team.

When there are stressful situations you aren't attacked by other teams within the company. Everyone does what they can to resolve issues, and at the end there is genuine excitement and praise from the whole team.

InnoSoft has a reputation for having an industry leading support team. This is driven by their fierce staff loyalty and a commitment to making all of their customers as happy as possible.

Talking with clients is an important part of the job but the training will get you ready for anything. All of the staff is super helpful for handling any issue you run into.
Pros
Lunch and learns help you learn new things as well as get you a free lunch.
Cons
On-call shifts can keep you "working" late, but they are only 0-2 times a month.
