If you were in charge, what would you do to make Innomar Strategies a better place to work?
Get rid of upper Management that got up there because "they know someone" and not by experience or merit. Favoritism should be banned and accountability implemented. Lots of people including Management get away frequently and of course the front people are always the ones to blame and pay for others mistakes.
What advice would you give the CEO of Innomar Strategies about how to improve the company?
Retrain or replace the manager. Hire staff to manage payroll. Try not to overbook clients. Hire more nurses to meet the patient caseload (this will allow safer patient care).
What would you suggest Innomar Strategies management do to prevent others from leaving?
Increase pay to encourage staff to remain with company rather than changing employees now and then
