Strongly not recommend this job and company

I have been working here for 3month 2years ago. Working condition was horrible. Very dirty and not really professional. Supervisor at the night shift was worst person ever. He talked to much and just forced to people to work without any knowlege. Completely rude and acting like a snake. Work is very hard, wage is shittier than the work you do. Because people quit easily, you will be in charge of worst posituon for a along time.

Rough management

Communication is definitely an issue. Owners/management don’t tell the staff things that are going on. They expect you to come in, do your duties, don’t think beyond the role and don’t ask questions.
