Productive and awesome place to work! You get to meet as well as work with so many people!
When I worked as a room attendant at this hotel I was always happy to see my co-workers working near me, so if I need a bit of help I could always ask them for a hand! Everyone I talked to at the hotel were super nice and willing to help me if I had a problem!You always get a meal and breaks and I was paid fairly.I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends!Guest Services Representative in Victoria, BC

Stable Job
Great fit for someone who wants to go to work in the morning and forget about it when they go home. Scheduling is very reliable, however, work accommodations could be improved and there is a bit of disconnect between staff and management. Highly recommend for someone who wants a reliable paycheck and nothing more.Food service in Victoria, BC

Very friendly and professional staff. Always cheerful. Always open to new ideas. Rated the best in Victoria. Great location, quiet and very private.
Good Staff meals, fresh everyday. Good union, staff change room , lockers, staff room with TV , phone and buffet. Medical, dental, life insurance coverage. Holiday time, RRSP. People and culture are second to none. Family feel however high service standards. High emphasis on "TEAM". Colleagues are empowered and supported; guest focussed and always wanting to go above and beyond to impress their guests.Growth and development of staff is highly supported my management.
