Love everything so far. From co-workers to the management
Production Specialist and Post Production Manager (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 27 March 2023
Have been working little over a year now and had absolutely no issues in any regard so far. Love co-workers and especially a manager, he truly makes me better in my field. Overall, I’d say company has common sense.
Pros
Always fresh fruits (bananas, apples, oranges) coffee.
Cons
I’d say there are always something you want to be better. But if I’m being honest, I think the company is fair and there’s no critical Cons

From the management and to my tasks everything is on a respectful spectrum. They hear me out and provide healthy feedback when required. I feel valued as an employee.

Nobody cares about anything!
Quality Control Supervisor (Former Employee) - North York, ON - 3 November 2022
It's only about work, and product. No safety, or employee benefits, and no one care. It's just a constant race with time. And for them, time never ends, and they need to keep going. The worst place to work.

Laid back work environment.
Armoured Vehicle Electrician (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 2 November 2022
Punch in ask supervisor what to do and you start working I did learn some ways making wiring faster Not a fan of the management. I was not treated with respect. Hardest part of my job was lifting hea y equipment. And putting up with my supervisor. The best part of my job was doing my work the best I could. Enjoy wiring and working on vehicles

A friendly family-type working atmosphere but poor management of Sales/Marketing and Production
Sales Manager (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 1 January 2013
The company builds Armored Vehicles which is a rapidly developing market. Has a good friendly family-type atmosphere. The most enjoyable part of the job is an opportunity to do travel and do business to various parts of the world, the management encourages this. However, Sales are poorly managed, no initial training is offered to newcomers. There is virtually no Marketing effort or Marketing department. A clear production-oriented company. Insecure new workers may be overwhelmed with multiple tasks and thus overstressed. Communication within the company is poor, the management never informs about workers who quit and there is no information about who goes on business trips, where and when.
Pros
firendly family-style working atmosphere, the firm makes products for a rapidly developing market.
Cons
poorly managed, no communication, low salaries
