Was once a great company to work for
Technical Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Ottawa, ON5 March 2018
I enjoyed every moment working in Infosys as an engineer and as a technical leader. However, the challenge was when one became a technical manager as there were way too many processes which diverted ones attention.

I think now, there are lot of changes in terms of company environment, management stability , processes etc.
Pros
Reputed company to work for
Cons
Low salary and stagnation.

Worst company if you intend to think about progression.. Unknown reasons would be given to make you stay in the same position. Your managers will ensure that you get demotivated.
