Process Executive (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB9 November 2018
Right after graduating college, I applied for a temporary job as a Process Executive in one the leading Business Process Outsourcing company in the Philippines, Infosys. At first, I had no idea what kind of work I had to do but the trainers were very promising and taught us everything we had to know. I even got an award as a Top Performer in our team. The hardest part of the job is familiarizing with all the processes.
Pros
friendly environment
Cons
not related in medical field

Not good for outsiders
Senior Consultant (Current Employee) –  Washington, ON30 September 2018
Promotions to level 6 are limited to old in house grown candidates. Outsiders are expected to follow them. a 16 year old experience guy can be asked to work under 8 year exp guy - just because he got promoted - A lot of favoritism.
Pros
Onsite
Cons
No promotions

I dont blame the manager its the culture inside the company brought in by higher management and the board of directors which makes the work life balance really hard to manager

Huge company, thus work culture is with respect to the project and domain.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT (Current Employee) –  Swindon, UK12 September 2018
Infosys is great to work for and provide marvellous career growth. Its easy to catch-up with promotions at initial stage, however progression is slow at middle level. It also depends on the project and management for that project.
Pros
Health and education facilities
Cons
Long working hours

Good company
India as Technology Lead (Current Employee) –  Sunnyvale , CA25 August 2018
Good company to work with good exposure to new technologies.
I had worked on multiple technologies like Oracle , Mysql ,SQL server , Cassandra , Mongo on all open source and windows env due to challenging projects given by Infosys.
Work culture in Infosys is good .The hardest part of the job is that every time you have to be available and ready for the new technologies then only you will be considered for good projects.

Infosys Review
Technology Analyst (Former Employee) –  Greater Sudbury, ON30 July 2018
Infosys is the best company for a fresher. The training program is great, it helps both IT & non IT engineering graduates. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Was once a great company to work for
Technical Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Ottawa, ON5 March 2018
I enjoyed every moment working in Infosys as an engineer and as a technical leader. However, the challenge was when one became a technical manager as there were way too many processes which diverted ones attention.

I think now, there are lot of changes in terms of company environment, management stability , processes etc.
Pros
Reputed company to work for
Cons
Low salary and stagnation.
