Only 1 year company not your family

Don’t think it as your family, you should just get your foot inside the work experience store and get out of here. Don’t think much after one year to start applying at other places.

Great work culture but low pay

I worked Infosys for around 3.5 years in India and I have to say that they have got a really good training program and the work culture is really good whereas the pay is significantly less as compared to other employers

Not very talent promoting environment. Infosys is not a bad company, it is an average company. The challenge with working through a firm like that, is that a large portion of their workforce is very low quality. They are a bodyshop, interesting in putting a warm body in seats to make consulting dollars. Firms hire Infosys to save money over having internal employees. There are other consulting ...
