A lack of culture, compensation, and career growth do not foster the desire to remain here for a long period of time.
The immediate SDR team and manager have great report and chemistry. The remaining parties in the sales process do not collaborate or have relationships. This stifles the overall sales process and can result in negativity.
This role does not pay commission. Hard work is not rewarded. The KPI and bonus structure and not conducive for lead generation nor leads of quality.
The HQ are located in Europe, recent corporate changes resulted in changes to a pre-determined and pre-discussed career road map. Personal and occupational development are not an option within this role.
