High pressure sales environment with an owner who rewards friends.

Salary and benefits are great. Culture is terrible. Leaders are employees who managed to stay around for a long time and are friends with the owner.

Good people to work with. Terrible upper management and pay is a joke.

If you are being hired as an intermediate or senior you will probably get a reasonable salary offer, but if you are just starting your career you can expect many years with low pay and no advancement. In 2 years I received a 2% -- about a $0.50/hour raise. And my manager told me I was a cornerstone of the team I worked on. Upper management was terrible. The annual review system is a joke -- the point system usually leaves you with little or no pay raises.

Growing pains but overall good place

It’s fast-paced, which isn’t for everyone. Lots of change and generally poor change management practices. Things don’t seem to stick, and direction changes often. Pretty easy in sales of you work hard & learn the product.

Everyone here loves what they do

Info-Tech is a very inspiring and motivational company to be a part of. During my time working here I was amazed with the culture of the company, the kindness of everyone around me, and how many of my coworkers seemed to love what they do. I looked forward to coming into work each day.

Best management team hands down

Best management team I've ever worked with. Wonderful co-workers. Plenty of support and help. A successful business that has been a major contender within the industry for almost 4 decades. Exciting, interesting work.
