I from 11pm to 7:30am, that went to 8:00am. Learned a lot, but as it worked out I found out that I was not permanent when I got into work that day. I found out that my services were no longer needed!

Not a place to go if you have any career goals. They want to put you in a job that may or may not be a fit for you. Compensation is bad. Communication leaves much to be desired. If contracted they will always tell you the contract is 3 months even if it is longer. Would not recommend unless you just need any job as quickly as possible.

ICS is a great place to work - as long as you are ready to work hard! Management gives you the freedom to add your own style to your work. You aren't required to read a script to candidates on the phone - you have the ability to run your own mini business within the company. Earning potential is unlimited.

Good place to learn how to install air pipe and bend stainless steeled tubing. The hardest part about the job is the take offs of the measurements but it gets easier as you do more often.
