Management is very friendly and kind. Face to face communication or through email. Management is very fair, understanding and open. Indiva runs smoothly because of its management, at Indiva how management and employees interact is very important.
In my experience, management has an open door policy and they listen and act accordingly. I have no problem going to management for issues - good or bad - or to give my two cents or suggestions. Also, saw a negative comment about ‘wearing many hats’. Yes, we all do. That’s being part of a start up, part of a growing co, part of a team. Quite frankly, wearing the many hats I do has helped me grow tenfold professionally, as I’m able to contribute in many areas. I get the experience, Indiva gets my multitasking/good work. I love it! So yes, expect to jump in and help when and where needed and when you can. Positive attitudes, team work and realistic expectations go a long way...in work and in life. As does open communication, honesty, integrity, hard work and dedication. INDIVA management recognizes and appreciates hard work and loyalty, in my experience.
