Answered 27 July 2019Yes Employees were encouraged to take all the training they wanted according to the Training plan and also when training came up, that wasn't on their training plan, employees usually take training it if their was funding available. People were treated with fairness and respect. Open communication was encouraged and we had team meetings weekly. The values and principles were followed all the time.

Answered 22 December 2017The interview process is standard for the most part. Questions regarding experience and understanding are presented. The newer technique of interviewing requests answers on how a situations was handled and a reference that could address the situation being referenced. There are more often exams that are required that test your communication and understanding of the job at hand.
