Needs to change the way they treat their employees

Great culture
I enjoyed the people that I worked with. There was a great sense of teamwork and support such that, even if you were having a rough go, you could rely on them to have your back.

Beautiful clients are what matter....
Each Facility will have a certain energy created by the staff...sometimes it's not where it should be....! At the end of the day, it's the clients that matter the most... That's the beauty of our job...We can make the difference.

Great experience working with various clients but can be challenging due to working mandatory overtime shifts sometimes. Sometimes may also feel unsupported.
