Employees are being over worked and under paid. Management makes weird decisions when comes time to promote employees. Most non-management employee are contractors and have no benefits whatsoever.
Overall job is good to gain experience with various softwares used within the industry (SAP mostly, and some excel). After a year or two, you should move - more... on to something better.
