Productive and good work life balance
Imperial is definitely one of the Oil/gas leaders in the industry and once you get there you can tell why. Advanced safety culture, great employee benefits, and job security. Would recommend anyone wanting to build a long career. Process Technician in Ontario

Good Company for the Unambitious
The corporate culture at imperial oil is a silo. Because of the relationship with Exxon, they have a certain way of doing things which is above criticism and questions. If you work here, be prepared for an endless onslaught of corporate-speak and unnecessary meetings. Those who are promoted to management are hardworking individuals but they clearly align with company culture. Lots of people there rely on outdated systems and manuals to do their jobs rather than developing their own skills. Very little thinking. What would you say about your employer?
