Promising - but clueless management
Credit Controller (Former Employee) –  Welwyn Garden City22 October 2018
Staff are taken for granted - no loyalty shown.

If your face fits........if it doesn't - many staff are bullied out of their positions.

Some management are completely spineless.
Pros
Nice big car park
Cons
No loyalty to staff

No career progression
Recruitment Resourcer (Former Employee) –  Portsmouth2 March 2018
No career progression terrible managers and a lot of slopping shoulders if there is anything that is not positive the lowest paid guys get all the stress, pressure and blame. Company has been made aware of issues to a senior HR level from many people but never changes

Reputable company in the industry
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Miramar, FL16 October 2017
SCOM is known to be a reputable company in the telecom industry. However, the company has experienced many changes over the last year or so.

There is no training program and you are expected to have knowledge of protocol that was never even mentioned until there's an issue.

A good company to work for most of the time. The people are very keen to deliver change however running central projects offers challenges around the different brand autonomy and agendas.
