Completely replace the staff at the management and supervision levels with competent individuals. These guys are running a circus at the Vancouver call centre. I pity how they train each new employee and set them up for failure and then one day, fire them “without cause”.

Well Impark's sick leave policy is, that when you are sick you would have to call 📞 and let them know. For example, if you get sick for 1 (full) week, they'll give that (full) week pay, in 1 year.
