Completely replace the staff at the management and supervision levels with competent individuals. These guys are running a circus at the Vancouver call centre. I pity how they train each new employee and set them up for failure and then one day, fire them “without cause”.

The company culture at IMPARK is like, that they are constantly working non stop ✋ and they have to be going back and forth between their work and helping the person, even though the person has been at the company for 9 years straight.

Shut down the company. You’re making countless lives miserable with your cheap company standards and policies (both the staff in the call centre IN VANCOUVER and the customers these guys con across North America, on a daily basis).

Well Impark's sick leave policy is, that when you are sick you would have to call 📞 and let them know. For example, if you get sick for 1 (full) week, they'll give that (full) week pay, in 1 year.
