Management sucks
Its sales basically so if you do well you make more, and get more support/leniency from management. If youre not doing well though, they dont encourage you in a kind, helpful way. Management was hit and miss. Best part about the job were the coworkers. When i worked there it was precovid and it was scramble searing, you dont have your own desk. Can be very clique-y, and no time between calls to take a second! It was cool that you could choose your own schedule to some degree.

Dont waste your time
Your literally calling and begging people for donations. And they force you into reading a really long horrible scrip. Managers act nice at first but all they care about is if you are getting people to donate. Legit joke place

Great management team
It's a good place to work for a remote position and to get general phone sales experience. Management team is fantastic--any student looking for an entry level job should check them out

Not the best place to work
I found working at iMarketing to be quite stressful. It is all outbound, cold calling. I actually did quite well there at first, although I felt super stressed each and every day. My performance started to worsen, and I was warned that my performance needed to improve, which it did for a few weeks. I then had 1 bad week and was fired, and had to finish out the week. I actually did very well my last week there. Management definitely favours certain employees, and tend to let go of the others quite easily, from what I saw working there and have heard since. The pay was good, and there are opportunities to earn bonuses if you do well.

Embarrassing Company to Work For
If I could give this place a 0, I would. The management is awful. They act nice to you at first but after time they start to treat you like the rest. All they care about is whether you make money or not, but they’re manipulative about it and they play favourites. They’ll tell you to make $1000 then give you files that you couldn’t even make $50 on and they make the job seem like an absolute joke. Don’t work here if you don’t wanna end up disappointed, stressed, and hateful toward the job. It’s an embarrassment working for imarketing solutions group.
