Stressful. If you a competent employee you will quickly find yourself overwhelmed with work others can’t do but are more than happy to swoop back in when the job is completed ready to take credit for your work. Safety is a complete joke with multiple fatalities on their sites in the last few years and the lowest safety numbers in an already unsafe industry. That said accidents and property damage is never formally investigated so you can’t get in trouble. Oh they have a BBQ once a year and give to a free tee shirt so there’s that....
Constantly dealing with an attitude of "it might be wrong but that's the only way we've ever done it so why change now?". If you are any good at your trade at all you will find this an extremely difficult place to work and the ignorance and stupidity of most of your fellow employees and managers will drive you to drink.
The delivery of feedbacks and messages were usally delivered through emails and occasionally through what they call twn Hall meetings this usually is quite informative. The feedback and information to staff are usually quite well presented, but as is usual in many instances , implementation is whats iimportant.
IQ test, then a one-on-one interview. Outdated process with the IQ test but I passed and got hired so I'm not complaining.
