Recovery Co- Worker in Toronto, ON
Great place to work
I've learn a lot since I start here after graduate from college. The company has a strong culture & value. However, the pay is not good enough and sometime you have to take so many responsibility. Management in my store is not too bad

Best place to work at if you are looking for part time opportunity.
Best place to work at if you are looking for part time opportunity. Everyone is super sweet and understanding at ikea. My manager specifically is the nicest person and very understanding of any situation.
Sales Co-worker in Vancouver, BC
Great coworkers/supervisors. Horrible upper management
Had a great time getting to know the coworkers there. Built new friendships from great people. Upper management was not the best in supporting its coworkers. Toxic workplace environment where management would gaslight you.
Bon travail général
Bon endroit de travail exigeant mais équitable les employés sont bien traités il prenne soin de vous ses suédois pas la même mentalité que les nord-américain

Great co-workers, management needs work
If I were to explain the work environment, I would say I have great co-workers, everyone works well together, and we all understand one another.. no complaints. When it comes to management, that's a whole different story. I noticed the difference between various managers, some are amazing and some are not so great. I say this because some managers that I have had the chance to work with the few years I have worked at IKEA can be condescending, fake, and seem as if they don't have the back of their own team of co-workers in certain situations. While other managers have demonstrated a willingness and capability to work together with the team, whether that is by jumping in when things get busy on the line or when you need some backup/help in tough circumstances. Overall, the IKEA environment is great. All other co-workers from different departments are nice and friendly!
