Very reactive environment. Get use to having to constantly 'out fires'. Management never remembers your qualifications. If you're hired on the bilingual team, expect to never leave because they never have enough people. It's a very clique-y and bias environment. Mngt promotes their preferred and ignores the rest. Very high turn over rate. Your entire team can change in as little as 3-6 months. The contract positions are human exploitation. It's a very thankless job. Management always being pulled into meetings, very little time for developing you. Contact centre vacation schedule is a lottery system, and no vacation from Jan-May. Worked there for 3 years. Horrible experience. Human Rights should investigate.
