Great place for learning
Progressive technology to work with. Advanced methodologies. Excellent coffee machine, nice employee lounge with various team activities. The people at IFDS were wonderful to work with.

Environment is bad with bad politics.
Culture is bad mixed up with very bad politics. The company uses very very old technologies. You may forget your own skills on recent technologies. Higher level managers are biased and do not try to recognize actual developers.

Fast Paced environment with Client needs in mind
IFDS is a Financial Data company with a product to support Financial Institutions manage their Transfer Agency for which the data conversion and operations are an important and critical pieces during on boarding processes. IFDS personnel take these activities seriously and aim for excellence from top to bottom. This is a fast paced environment that could become stressful at times which should be expected in these type of service industry.

Good pay, nothing else really
Good pay, some employees are nice. Depending on which team you are in management can be a pain. Just trust issues all around. Need to figure out what you need to do without any real formal training at times. Constant changes to procedures depending on the team.
