Busy place to work
A few disgruntled employees
Overall people get along and perform their jobs
Lacking support in Management questionable decision making
Vehicles not looked after mechanically
Wages seem to be on the lower side
Delivery vehicles in poor shape, wage is NOT competative at $14.80 per hr as a professional driver. On board training is next to non existent. Communication is a big fail. High turn overs because of the above I am sure. Go work somewhere else in a brain dead job at minimum wage for a better turn out for yourself.

Owners are useless and management are a bunch of unskilled employees. They only care about automotive business and most people will stab you in the back if they get a chance.
It is not one of the 50 best managed companies. In reality it show be one of five worse managed companies.
Do yourself some good and stay far away from this company.

Poorly managed company that does not care about employees and pays them extremely poor wages.
An on going fight to get the products required in stock.
Best recommendation is to look else where for a job because there is no advancement.
Prices are to high.
To many uneducated employees, as well as, management.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from doing any business with the company.
Co-workers will stab you in the back.
Managers will do the same.
Serving customers at the front counter. I learned auto/elect/pluming parts. The management and co workers were great. There was never a real hard day at Ideal. Dealing with the customers was the best. This was my first Job
