The London Borough of Wandsworth appointed IBI Group to design a new mixed-use development comprised of a primary school, children’s nursery, and community/sports/recreation facilities within one of the largest regeneration schemes in London.

Through knowledge and experience sharing, the mentee is afforded the opportunity to expand their career competencies with the support and guidance of a trusted relationship with their mentor. This mutually beneficial relationship further allows our mentors to develop their own leadership and coaching skills in tandem. COVID Statement

Looking Towards the Future Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, IBI Group has worked swiftly and thoughtfully to respond to the daily containment measures and restrictions issued by governments around the world. We successfully transitioned our global staff into a remote workforce within 10 days, with minimal interruption to our daily operation and service to our valued clients. The health and safety of staff and their families is our central focus as we consider how our office environments need to adapt, both today (during the pandemic) and into the future. A New Model of Working

Post pandemic, IBI Group plans on embracing a new model of working—a flexible, hybrid working model where individual work is done primarily from home, and collaboration and interaction happens at the office. In future, staff, in consultation with their managers, will define schedules where they are most productive and that fit their personal needs and aspirations. The new model will also address technology considerations of a hybrid working environment, as well as policies to better enable productivity, safety and work-life balance.
