A typical day was dealing and helping clients
I learned how to populate Remedy

Management needs to be revised and looked into. Very judgmental, needs to listen to the employees and give them a chance

Most Co-workers were nice

Hardest part of the job was trying to help a customer only to find out that I never had the proper resources to help them

Most enjoyable part of my day was when a Client thanked me for my help.
