Covid-19 Case Manager in Remote

Great company
I really enjoyed being part of the Covid-19 case management team in Ontario. Ian Martin did a great job of training and leading us and provided many ongoing professional development opportunities. It’s a shame the contract had to end.

Working from home is nice, no structure in place to move up and they pick and choose whom ever they want for promotions. Seniority does not matter and no benefits makes it hard to meet cost of living. The flexibility is nice you may be lucky to get a nice WFM.

Not good
I was hired and as per there policy we get fired when we are on 5th audit. During training it not much taught and they all teach theory so kind of sleepy. as I was new I was on 3rd audit and got fired

Work from home but micro-management and bad salary
WFH was a good thing, but the micromanagement and the poor pay (compared to the inflation) make the whole thing insecure. There’s no ambition. You can’t progress. Everything is temporary.

Love working here
Very supportive and respectful group of people. Love working for and with Ian Martin. There is ongoing training, there are experts to help with difficult phone calls. The management team support and coach when needed and there are regular QA to keep us going in the right direction….
