-managers are inexperienced and completely disorganized but will lie to cover mistakes -scheduling is random (could be in Scarborough one day and Mississauga the next) -scheduling is sent 2-3 days before shifts and can be changed on a moment's notice -payroll often pays out wrong number of hours or misses overtime rates -whether you're working part-time hours, full-time hours or taking a week off is at your manager's discretion regardless of seniority or the availability you give -managers will ask you to pay for different items in field and tell you to expense it, but expenses are not always paid out on time
