Great training, interesting career and potential for growth. However be careful of management. I have seen dodgy and unethical practices from management in the short time I was there, things that would leave to some of those people losing their licence.

Meilleure école pour apprendre à vendre. C'est l'école de la souffrance. Pt c'est un bon employeur pour les emplois salariés mais pas pour la force de vente comme les conseillers qui rapportent la majorité des revenus à la compagnie. On est laissés pour compte et on nous consideres uniquement quand on se démarques. Malgré tout cest une bonne école de la vie mais à la dure. Ça forge le caractère et l'attitude mais ce n'est pas suffisant pour en vivre à long terme. Une minorité reussissent au détriment de l'épuisement d'une majorité. Système basé sur le remplacement d'effectif continu.

Productive work

The IT structure is a bit confusing. There’s headquarters in Vancouver and another in Quebec. Quebec team meddles with Vancouver team decision on systems. I left after under a year because I couldn’t do my job effectively with people who’s not subject matter experts telling me how to do my job. I’ll let them sort their own mess.

Toxic place. Only good for experience and getting your insurance certificate. They charge you every month to rent a computer. No base salary. If you don’t bring money constantly you’re not treated well. Group insurance is a joke.
